The Member Center provides 24/7 access to your member information. All members who wish to access their information can create a log in. Once registered, you may select from the list below to link to the service you need.

The Member Center is a part of our website where we keep information that will not be available to the general public. This page is secure and member data is stored on the CSC site. If you are looking for information that is not directly member specific, please return to the Home page.

Member Update Process

Any changes made to your record on this site will be submitted to church administration as a change request. Changes will not become active until approved.

  • Why do I need an online member login?

    Christian Stronghold has implemented online features of our church management system to allow for quick access to account information and to connect with member services. This makes an array of information and features available to church staff and to members. These features make interaction, support and updates easier than ever.

    If you are already a member in our system, its easy to activate an online login that will connect to your existing member information. Use the link at the top of this page or in the main menu to go to the member login page.

    To Activate Your Login:

    1. Enter your name and email address we have on record to activate a login.
    2. The system will match the name and email to your member record and then send an email to you containing your password.
    3. If you don't have an email address on file or otherwise no match is found, your login request will be reviewed by administration and your login or a follow-up message will be sent to you after it is reviewed.

  • How can I update my member information and preferences?

    To Update Your Profile Information:

    Once you have registered and logged in, you will see the Member Home page is user friendly. Screenshot previews for getting started are provided in the online overview.

    To Activate Your Login:

    1. Login
    2. Click Home on the member menu.
    3. Choose Profile to access all your member profile data.
    4. Add/edit all your relevant information.
    5. Save your information.
    6. From the Home menu, go to Preferences.
    7. Review and adjust your online member preferences.
    8. CHANGE PASSWORD - note this is on the Preferences page.
